  Incredibly helpful. Let us know all the details and pros and cons but ultimately repaired a windshield we thought we needed replaced. Quick, polite, and a very fair price. Would definitely come back if I needed help with glass on my car.

  Safelite came out to replace my original windshield because a rock from a semi truck hit it. They replaced it with thin glass and the upper tint is so light sun gets in my eyes. This was in 2025. Today, I have a scratch on my windshield. Before the truck rock hit my car, I nevered had a scratch because the glass were very thick. Even when the rock hit it. It didn't break or shatter because it was thick. Don't go here they sell thin glass.☹️

  Scheduled online for a new windshield replacement. Brought the car in on the date of service, checked in at the front desk and left. Received a call a few hours later saying that they forgot to order in a new windshield for my car. I won't go back. Not trustworthy workers.

  After the snowpocalypse and big freeze, a little pebble flew up from the road and chipped my windshield. I was able to schedule an appointment and get a quote easily enough from the website. What impressed me most was the customer service and how fast they were. I received friendly and professional service from the time I walked in until I was shown the repair before I left. They were packed with customers when I arrived so I thought for sure I would be there for a couple of hours but I was in and out in under an hour. Thanks for showing that excellent customer service still exists. You guys are great!

  Jordan came out to fix my 2016 Ford Focus ST windshield, had a huge crack across it that needed to be fixed asap. I set the appointment up yesterday for today and it was done before 2:00pm. Replacement looks amazing, absolutely mind blown how it looks just like the factory windshield. He also gave me a call prior to showing up and asked if there were any questions etc. that I might have. I’d recommend this company and this employee to anybody that is in need of their windshield being replaced. You will not be disappointed. 5/5 stars without a doubt.
