  I have been going to this place for about 10 years. They have notes on my old Corolla. They are always very kind and professional. Service is always quick no matter how long the line.

  After the work was complete I noticed it was taking awhile to be released to leave as the tech below was struggling to get the skid plate re attached. I was released after a few moments and sent on my way. I made about a mile down the road before my skid plate fell. It was partially attached and dragging the ground. Fortunately a local police cruiser was nearby and could slowly escort me back to the shop. Seeing the skid plate hanging, down your techs insisted I pull forward into the bay further damaging the skid plate. I inquired who was responsible for the shoddy work and got no answer from the 6 workers. I wanted to make sure the plate was properly secured when the person called up from below claiming the plate was damaged before they got a hold of it which is an outright lie to cover there own backsides Still, the claimed it was properly secured and all screws were in place. This next part is important! Not believing these unprofessional workers I decided to take it to another oil express (Becket Ridge 8578 Princeton Glendale Road, West Chester Township, Ohio 45069), I asked the tech there to take a look as I didn't trust the original workers. Sure enough after a few minutes he said that the skid plate was not properly secured and there were in fact screws missing. If thus plate would have partially or completely come loose while on the highway, that could have been catastrophic to me, the car, other traveller's or all of the above. This negligence canot go un addressed.

  For premium oil change charging more than 100 bucks, they should take responsibilities to reset Oil Change Warning. Lately young employees ignore that reaponsibility. I take your service for last five years. In last two years, I noticed stiff increase in your price but as I mentioned, the services are bit degraded although there is the price hike.

  I came in on Saturday 2/7 around 1230pm. It was my first time here and I will definitely be back, all thanks to the service I was provided. I had an older gentleman who helped me, I didn’t catch his name. He was absolutely amazing though. He is the kind of employee anyone would want to have. He was sweet, honest, helpful and just went above and beyond. More importantly he made me smile! I would come back time and time again for service like he provided, or honestly just to chat with him. He was a rockstar! In our world today we need more people like him, he is an example of what we should all strive to be to each other.

  Great, quick service is what I expect and what I always receive at this business. The workers are always polite and friendly. I never think about going elsewhere. The team always seems to enjoy their work together.
