- MSMike Staples5 days ago1.0I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and are usually very happy with the service but today I stopped in to get their coupon which was $129.99 for a synthetic oil change/tire rotation/air filter/in cabin filter (see pic) The coupon clearly states the price it doesn’t say varies by vehicle. So when I stopped in today to do this service, I was advised that the price varies and they quoted me a price $30 more than what the coupon was $159 and the young black guy working I believe his name was like LJ or something didn’t try to rectify anything. He just told me he don’t set the prices Dog. Very poor service and false advertising and basically deceptive practices. I don’t recommend this place because imagine if he wasn’t a smart consumer and come in there how they would take advantage of you. Reply to Oil Express! I called the number listed and it didn’t seem to be the correct number, I left a message anyway and never received a returned call! !
