And then when I was seen it took another 20 minutes so I was there for over an hour waiting for a “10 minutes” oil change. Once they started working they told me that they couldn’t top off all my fluids because the worker said he didn’t have time to replace the container yet and told me to come back another day and they would top me off. This is another inconvenience I would have to deal with and I have limited time to take care of this. Thank you for your time.

No one was there until 8:10, then took nearly 10 minutes to open the doors. The technician was more interested in tying up his pony tail than opening the place. Was disgruntled when asked are you going to open. The manager was even later. When said and done, no apologies, nothing for the inconvenience … nothing!

One time they didn't secure the plastic under cover back and it got caught on a curb, which caused a lot of damage. Ripped the bumper off and more bc of it. Didn't go back for a while and didnt bother trying to prove it was them bc whats the use. Came in recently and they put straight water in my washer fluid, causing it to freeze up on a newer car I just bought. Always a bunch of smart ass kids working here. There have been some good ppl but they never stay long. Avoiding this location from now on.
