  I normally have my vehicle serviced at the Foreign Exchange in Fairborn, However I went to Puerto Rico for my Birthday celebration and when I returned, my vehicle had no steering and I was at the Cincinnati Airport. I called Foreign Exchange in West Chester and asked them if I could have my vehicle towed there, they asked me some qualifying questions and told me to bring it there. The tow truck from AAA could not enter into the airport - the truck was too big so I called them back and asked them if they could recommend me a tow company. They did and they were excellent! The driver went above and beyond to help me. I was treated with empathy, professionalism, and care! Devin (Rockstar) and the crew took good care of me and I will forever be a Foreign Exchange customer! Having care problems can be frightening for a woman, for anyone I suppose, but these guys were amazing to me and I'm forever grateful! I would highly recommend them for all your foreign car care needs. 5 stars all the way! Thank you FEW!

  I brought my new to me but used Mercedes to Foreign Exchange for an oil change. They did a thorough inspection and alerted me to a recall that I was unaware of. They went the extra mile when I called a few days later to say that a MB dealership told me my vehicle was not affected by the recall. Ian called a dealership on my behalf and helped make sure I was able to get the recall repair. I’ll be back for sure!

  Every single employee is friendly and extremely helpful. I told Ian I was dropping off, I asked for an estimate of how long it would take because I had just worked a 12 hour night shift - Ian provided me a ride home so I could get some rest, he then called me when service was done and sent a driver to pick me up from my house - truly shocked at this level of service , it does not exist anymore! Both shuttle drivers were very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. I had approved a job to be done - after my approval Ian further looked into it as something in the maintenance history caught his eye, he easily could have charged several hundred dollars more that I approved and I would not have know but he was transparent and honest and explained I had previously had this addressed so no need to waste the money. I have been here several times, every-time they have been nothing but impressive. There is no reason to take your car anywhere else.

  Foreign Exchange West Chester saved my butt! I got the dreaded big, red "BRAKES" warning on my Jaguar, so I called Jaguar Land Rover of Cincinnati to get them replaced. They couldn't even get me in for like 3wks! I called Foreign Exhange, and Ian said I could take my car up immediately. They even gave me a loaner while they did some other work (2 small oil leaks). They finished my car before the timeframe they predicted for me, which was awesome! I HIGHLY recommend them for any mechanic service!
