He will rush you off the phone with promises of calling you back quickly and he never calls. I’ve documented 8 calls back to Michael today, where he throws you on hold to the same loop of subliminal messaging about great service and standards (which is completely false). He then picks up and hangs up on you. This is the second time for this location to do this within the last 90 days. Absolutely terrible service by Michael. I’ve been an Enterprise advocate for many years… UNTIL NOW. Time to switch to Avis for myself and my company needs.
