  It was an amazing place except for the rude cashier on the number 9 register I’m sorry you was having a bad day but it’s not the customers fault ! Thank you nice cashier on number 8 register

  Saw Santa today, there were no slots for reservations online so we tried the walk-in approach. The line for walk-ins was long but moved at a decent speed (even with a 4yo). The line for reservations was very short and moved quicker. The staff alternates people from each line. There are tables for kids to play with assorted toys and a table to write Santa a letter, fold it, and drop in the mailbox. The whole space is decorated elaborately (even life-size reindeer!) and the staff is very helpful, friendly, and dressed the part. The photographer got excellent shots of happy, smiling kids actually looking at the camera. The Santa was friendly, clean, and gentle with the smallest of little ones, it was fun to watch him while we waited our turn. He was a very convincing Santa! Tip: come with at least 2 adults- one to hold your place in line and the other to wander with child(ren). It was free to visit, and you get a free 4x6 print. You can buy more if you want, they have a digital option for $20.

  We always make sure to go for the holidays! The children's section that is set up is always a huge hit.

  Very nice store. It is very big, bigger than the two bass pros that are near my house. This is the kind of place to get fishing gear, camping gear, outdoor gear, work wear, casual wear, hunting equipment, boats, snacks, shoes, slippers, kayaks, guns, coolers, and so much more. Bass pros had something for the entire family, from grandpa themed items, to middle aged women items to little baby items.

  Great products, but only one lae open for checkout at 6:00pm. There were four employees at customer service just talking away. There was a long line for checkout. Jeremy, Jamie, Lauren and another employee never looked to see if customers needed help. Finally got Lauren's attention and I asked her if she could check us out. She said sure and invited us over. She asked where the other two employees were. It was answered quickly with one called out and another on break. If you knew this, why not take one of their places at checkout? Thank you Lauren. Need to pay attention to customers.
