Right next to the battery is an air/coolant bleeder hose which the girl set something on puncturing a hole and causing a coolant leak. I drove there to try to figure out how we could fix this or hopefully find the needed replacement part. I was not upset that the girl made a mistake or caused damage because it was an accident she apologized and clearly felt terrible. what the problem I do have is the assistant manager wanted no part in figuring out any solutions or proper fix and was almost avoiding me. He told me "she was trying to be nice by installing the battery". This was so unprofessional I couldn't believe any one would say it. I bought and used what I could to temporarily hold, and get me home and paid for a new line from the dealership that arrives today which I have to pick up and then install. Buying a $276 battery with A free battery install service has now cost over $300 and a whole lot of inconvenience because I can't use the vehicle until it's fixed. I will never give business to a place that treats people this way after they make a mistake. I was there for a long time and spent a lot of money. I worked right outside the front door for over an hour until dark and not one time did the manager step outside and check or try in any way to be helpful. Very disrespectful and unprofessional to the customer.
