I asked the store employee if he would grab the 5 quart oil off the shelf for me when they checked the inventory. I told him I was in a hurry would stop by in 10 minutes. and if he could save me some time since I was n a hurry. The Employee rudely told me that I could pick the stuff up off the shelf myself since I would be coming to the store… He acted like it was a huge inconvenience for him and I was an imposition to ask him for help. I canceled the order and went to Advanced Auto Parts in Trenton!!! Received superior customer service at the Trenton store!!!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
