Anna was very helpful and polite she didn't push anything on us she explained everything in detail. It only took a little over an hour from the time we got there till we left with our new vehicle the process was quick and easy would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle

Julia jumped on every question I had and promptly followed through on everything she told me she would do. What more can you ask from your salesman other than a lower price. She nailed that too! My experience could not have been any better at GTX.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealer. Initial contact was fantastic then after a week communication was nonexistent for days.
For context; I was working with RJ to purchase a 2007 Toyota 4Runner. I was offering to essentially trade my 2018 Civic Type R for the 4Runner. Im in the Army and stationed in Fort Benning, Georgia. The plan was to ship the Type R to them, finance any leftover through Navy Federal and GTX ships the 4Runner to me.
I tried contacting him directly and I was met with “I’ll call you back in 10 minutes” around 10am on a Wednesday. That return call never came. In the following days after that, my calls were either unanswered or ignored. I called once a day every day except that Sunday.
On Tuesday, I tried following up by calling GTX directly and i was hung up on. Immediately afterward I called RJ directly and my call was ignored after 3 rings. I immediately tried the dealership again and another employee greeted me kindly and told me RJ was out on a test drive and that he’ll be back shortly.
7 hours of waiting later, I tried calling RJ again directly. This time he answers, tells me he just got in for the day (a lie according to what his coworker told me 7 hours prior) and informs me the owner doesn’t want to conduct the exchange because there are too many unknowns (outside financing & shipping costs) and he just found out because the owner is in Italy.
He told me the only solution would be to drive from Georgia to GTX and hand deliver my Type R. I told RJ because of work, I wouldn’t be able to deliver the car until May 1st and asked if there was something needed from me to make sure they don’t sell the 4runner until then. His response was a flat “I don’t know”.
This could’ve been handled more professionally in my opinion and definitely in a more timely manner. Complete waste of my time and energy as well as that of the salesman/dealership.

Was sold a car that not even a few months later ended up showing its list of issues. Not sure what 50 point something inspection was done but it definitely wasn't done to this vehicle because to be able to move the tie rods with your bare hands and having dry-rotted tires that blow on your way home from work and needing a whole front end kit plus plugs coils and no working ac bad headlights and a evap leak within a couple months of buying the car is a bit ridiculous. Very upset. If you go to purchase a car from here I would definitely have it taken to a mechanic before purchasing. Edit: also I remember I was sold a service contract and was told it was the best plan that I was being sold to later find out that it was the base plan and definitely not cover bumper to bumper coverage like the salesman stated. (2nd edit): The car presented all these issues shortly after getting the car just didnt have money for repairs/diag. I just finally got around to writing you guys a review but thanks for trying to blame the customer. The car came with the issues i listed and found more after taking it somewhere to get it looked at after being stranded on the side of the road due to bad tires. The car barley got driven in the time leading up to all the repairs (less than 8 miles a day) finally getting done so the car came with those things that needed done they didnt happen from barley driving the car. Knowingly selling a car with a list off issues to a new father is just not right and is very upsetting. Especially when your teams response is basically blaming me, all these repairs didnt recently happen they have been taken care of months ago. So no its not from me, the car was like that but now i know not to trust dealers and get someone to look at it first because this is not okay.🤦♂️

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. This dealership buys cars from auction and sells them without fixing them up at all. First week i had it i took it to my mechanic and i needed both front ball joints and rear wheel bearings. ( 1700$)
They told me they did an oil change but the oil was at the minimum line and black! just about 1 month after having the car, I had to get it towed to my mechanic because the car started shaking (while cruising on the highway) with a blinking check engine for a misfire and a fuel pressure code, and now will not start. They straight up lied and said they did a full inspection on the vehicle and it needed no work, then this happens. Buy a car from GTX auto group if you want to spend 5k on repairs in a month of owning your car. They’ll make the outside look nice though.
Bunch of scammers.
