Anna D. was very helpful in my hunt for a new car! I sent out an inquiry through CarGurus and she promptly reached back out and sent me all the info I was looking for. Her and JB worked tirelessly in order to get more value for my trade in and get the numbers to where I was satisfied. Im very happy with my experience, and highly recommend asking for Anna D. If you’re plan on checking out any vehicle on the GTX lot. She makes the whole process very easy, and goes above and beyond in every way. Thanks Anna!

If your in the market. Id rec skipping this place. They'd only come down off their price $200 and a tank of fuel... the car listing i originally seen included a carfax report. And on that report there was an minor damage reported. I used this in my negotiating because they have this audi listed on the high end of value as clean or great and its not. The owner prior pocketed the insurance money and left the damage on the car. I pointed this out and this morning.... come to find out they updated their auto trader post as "No Accidents".... and thats just plain deceit.... and i obviously have the screenshots of the carfax with vin and damage. So with all that being said. Clear proof this dealer is at mininium deceptive. Im no longer interested in said unit. And adding them to the list of boycotts to protect innocenct people from being taken advantage of. Im spreading the word! Edit to respond to their clarifacation! The day prior to my arrival and before you heard of my. Comment. The same ad on the same site was different to the add on the site currently now. Which clearly shows a coralation between my comment and the change. I have forwarded this info to the respective branches ;) have a great day. And yes got a unit with 6k more miles with no damage for 1500 less otd then your out the door price. Only 110 miles away proving my point about the arrogence from yall.

I bought a vehicle from this facility and the engine blew up less than 500 miles later. They told me they would work with me. I followed up multiple times to see the status and they were not responsive. After waiting 7 1/2 days, they finally got back to me saying they aren't willing to help, except discount the labor. I asked for a check for the amount they were willing to help with and they said no you have to do the labor with us. The engine price they suggested for the repair was $1700 over a remanufactured engine where prices are readily available online from local suppliers and their quote for labor was over double what a reputable installer charges and even with the discount would still cost me more. So after sitting for over a week, they still tried to take advantage of the situation. If that was the answer, it should have been portrayed right away, not delayed for over a week so I could not get it fixed for 8 additional days. That is not the way a reputable business with integrity would act. I would avoid them at all costs. Replying to the below - the vehicle was purchased on 12/12 and the failure happened on 2/10 at 7pm and reported on 2/11 which is less than 60 days. That is less than 2 months so again not being honest. Also the reason for the low miles was due to a smoke smell that wasnt detected during purchase (on me) that I was airing out using multiple methods so I only drove it a few times. The title has 76,878 miles on it and it blew up before 77,100. I said less than 500 miles but its probably only 200 miles. Also there was no "demand" you offered to split the labor and that was going to be $3,000 off $6,000 as I assumed it was a cash offer and I just requested $4,000 to handle it all myself and cover the engine myself. Your estimate is that it would be $7,700 for the engine and $6,000 for the repair which is over 50% of the purchase price of the vehicle.

So, this is difficult for me. My wife and I recently purchased our second vehicle from here. With the first car we had some issues with the extended warranty. I decided to go back, despite these issues, because they carry the types of vehicles I like and the buying process is very easy. I got a BMW, and the first few days after I bought it we had a big snowstorm, and the heat went out, and the car overheated leaving me stranded on the highway in a ton of snow and no shoulder to park on. So less than a week of having it and the water pump needs replaced. They tell me bring it in, which I was able to get it there and the repair is $2150. I had to take off work to get it there because they don't have mechanics after two, and I also had to rent a car while they had mine. They knew all the troubles I had with the first car about 7 months ago, and now 3 days into my second purchase I'm stranded, and have a huge repair bill. Is this their fault? Of course they don't know the car is going to break down and really they didn't have to help me at all with the bill, but $1100 after just buying the car is still that. So I do have mixed feelings, the first purchase there waa someone there who was completely untruthful, the second I had a huge repair, misses work, and incurred charges for rental car as well. I really can't hold that against anyone there, it's not their fault, and they did help me get it fixed. They are also fixing a TPM issue for me in the near future. If you go here for a car, as for RJ to be your sales person, he will make the buying process simple, and advocate for you. I will be buying my son a new car here, in the next couple of weeks.
