He didn’t even get out of his chair from behind the desk and go look at my car or my tire. I ended up with a flat tire on the side of the road in 15° weather with my 87-year-old mother on my way back to Cleveland airport thank you for being so unhelpful on the evening of December 14th 2025

My low tire light was on and they didn't put air in my tire. And I'm pretty sure they used to rotate my tires. That wasn't done either. They did nothing but the oil change. I'll be looking for a different place.
