  Short-term rental while my car was in the shop. Very tidy, & the staff was very attentive. Would have been a five star rating, but the first location didn't have a vehicle for us & didn't tell us until we were there. We had to go to another location about ten minutes away. Not the end of the world, & the staff at both locations were helpful & nice, but there was that inconvenience.

  From 2/5 to 4/5. Thank you Nolan for your help. They were out of trucks at this location so found a truck at another location. This did cause some issues, but I called and got help with the truck return and my issues were resolved. Warning: Do not use overnight return. I returned the vehicle at 3pm on Sunday. The office was closed but this location allows after hours returns. This becomes an issue when it comes to your total charge. I checked the fine print and could not find this. The location does mention that the vehicle is your responsibility until the next business day. But nothing in detail. It is better to just keep the car until the next business day. I pre paid for the two days but almost got charged for 3.

  Big shoutout to the team at the Richmond Rd Enterprise! I was in and out with my car in less than 15 minutes. The staff here is incredibly helpful and supportive, making what’s usually a chore feel super easy. If you need a quick, reliable rental with a friendly vibe, this is the spot.

  I had a great experience at this location. I rented a vehicle for about 40 days while my Jeep Rubicon Gladiator was being repaired after an accident. Even though they didn’t have a similar vehicle, the minivan I received was spacious and worked well for me. There was a small issue with the insurance company not communicating the correct dates, but Holly Faison handled everything quickly and professionally. She was pleasant, respectful, and made sure I wasn’t charged for anything extra. She even offered to help me keep a lower rate if I needed the car longer. Because of Holly’s excellent customer service, everything worked out smoothly. I would definitely rent from this location again. Highly recommend!
