This place is a joke. First & foremost customer service is beyond terrible , they’re lazy and do things when they feel like it ! this is a private owned company that will rape your pockets just cause they know they are the main towing company in the Warren area. I had a dirt bike in impound they charged me 1000$ to get it back in less than 24hrs & they also lie about how much they charge you a day for your vehicle being there so listen carefully to what they say … I only gave a star cause they wouldn’t let me give my review with NO STARS Very Terrible company call Macho Man or Underwood towing for service ‼️‼️‼️

They showed up within 10 minutes and they were very friendly. Idk why they get bad reviews, I’ve never had a bad interaction in the few times I’ve used them.

Great guys, handle with care and respect. Nobody’s WANTS to have to deal with getting their vehicle towed, I certainly was initially stressed and irritated at first due to miscommunication from the police dept. Un intentionally taking my frustration out on the Mays Towing’s employee.. They were STILL nothing but respectful, held nothing against me and treated me with the same respect the following day. I have since spoke with and apologized to the nice gentleman who helped me. He could’ve match my ignorance and told me to kick rocks… but he didn’t. I’m thankful my car is in their possession during this stressful time. THANK YOU MAYS TOWING🙏🏻

Saturday - Vehicle was towed and impounded per police order. Tow fee and weekend payment charge totaled $266.88 payable only by cash. Payment was made and a handwritten receipt was provided. Attempted to retrieve vehicle from police custody on the same day, but was informed of another $150 after-hours fee. It was cheaper to wait until Monday, lot fees included. None of this is the issue. Monday - I attempted to make payments with the police station, to be informed that I had not paid my May's Towing bill. I called the tow yard and was met over the phone by a man who absolutely denied that I ever paid, because he was not there that weekend, and he is the manager. I attempted to ask if there was an un-filed location where overnight payments might be stored until the business day. I was not able to ask because I was cut off several times. I attempted to ask if there was anyone that could corroborate the payment, but again, I was interrupted and spoken over until I hung up. I arranged travel as my vehicle is impounded and I was able to secure the receipt, handle my business, and release my vehicle from police custody. $266.88 is far too hefty of a sum for a business to lose track of or to go missing, there are several solutions. Have a drop box where your staff can leave receipts for the day shift to file and enter into your system if that is what is necessary. Have a location where all physical copies of receipts are stored after being entered into the system, where employees can account and recall payments. Let the person paying the bill have an opportunity to speak to you, instead of corralling them off the phone as quick as possible. Seems highly likely to me that the business was banking on me not having my receipt, and coughing up another payment. Also, the business should have disclosed a $75 after hours fee before I made my purchase. Perhaps this could have just been handled Monday all at once, rather than working around the business' disorganization. If you can, call Emerine's. And to reiterate, the issue is not that I left my receipt at home, this issue is the abysmal customer service.

Their customers service is trash, very rude, and unreasonable. i would never have my vechile towed by them as they will charge you and astronomical fee. I would definitely look into other options before spend any money with they as they are Tow-truck butchers.
