Called for a warranty claim scheduled and appointment with the claim department was never asked or told that if there was any new stone chips or anything else that the warranty would be voided! If I was told this in the beginning of the process I would have been ok with that fact but I was not. I took off from work only to be denied a warranty claim which could have been avoided by being asked one simple question which they never asked. The Manager ( who I assume was the manager ) at this location was very rude about the situation and seemed put out only to offer me to purchase their wiper blades to “see if that would fix the issue”.
