  I took my car here about 2 weeks ago to get a flat tire repaired after I somehow picked up a nail. The nail was right in the middle of the tire, not a side wall or something!! We chose this location because it is close to our house and we wanted to support a local business. Big Mistake! We sat in the lobby for close to 1.5 hours while a younger kid kept coming back and forth to tell us the tire was unable to be repaired. When at first he said “this should be an easy fix”. Fast forward a bit, we then get quoted over $300 for a new tire…. We had them put the spare on and went home . The next morning I took the car to a tire repair shop in Niles who was able to fix it in less than 20 minutes! They also told me that who ever ‘attempted’ to repair it the first time did way more harm than good. The only decent thing I have to say about this business is that after waiting an hour and a half and still not having my tire fixed, is that they did not charge us for the attempt.

  If I could give zero stars I would. My kid took her Volkswagen there to diagnose a shaking she was feeling. This was 10am Monday. She was told she would need a wheel bearing and a new tire. She was given a quote of $520. She was told it would be about an hour. She told them she had to go back to Columbus to school that evening to get to a 7am class. Apparently when they replaced the wheel bearing, they stripped the bolts. At 2pm I picked her up because she was writing an essay and her battery had died. I paid the bill at that time as the car was already on the lift and Justine in the office told us it would be completed before close of business. I wasn't sure we could get back before close of business, so I paid the bill and we went home. At 6:45 we went to pick up the car . We were told it was not ready and they were having trouble sourcing bolts that had been stripped during the wheel bearing replacement. Had they notified us there was a problem, we could have sent my kid on to school with one of our vehicles and gotten a rental for ourselves. They chose to not call us despite knowing at noon. My child missed her class, which was an exam. She now is going to fail the class with an F and have to retake it as it is past the last day to drop with a W. This will impact her GPA which may impact her scholarship. They *knew* at 10am she had to be in Columbus that night. They *knew* at noon the bolts had to be replaced. They *knew* you can't just go buy these bolts at advance cause it's a VW. They *knew* at 2pm when I PAID the invoice that there was a cancellation it wouldn't be ready. They * chose* to not call us at noon nor tell us at 2pm there was an issue until it was too late for us to fix it. My kid now has to retake the class which is only offered in the spring., so she's now a year behind in her course schedule. This will end up costing us over $14000 because Justine couldn't be bothered to make a phone call.

  Horrible. I booked online, the price estimate was around $90 for the tire and instal. (For a 2009 Ford Focus, so ya’ll can guess how common this tire is.) Says there are 6 in stock at the location, great! I get there and suddenly there’s only 1, and the new estimate? $190. $60 in uber fees to get there and back to the van I live in, nothing to show for it but that these people are scammers. As if this winter wasn’t hard enough.
