Great guys, handle with care and respect. Nobody’s WANTS to have to deal with getting their vehicle towed, I certainly was initially stressed and irritated at first due to miscommunication from the police dept. Un intentionally taking my frustration out on the Mays Towing’s employee.. They were STILL nothing but respectful, held nothing against me and treated me with the same respect the following day. I have since spoke with and apologized to the nice gentleman who helped me. He could’ve match my ignorance and told me to kick rocks… but he didn’t. I’m thankful my car is in their possession during this stressful time. THANK YOU MAYS TOWING🙏🏻

man who works the window and was the same who answered the phone in my case was Very rude/ absolutely horrifying. He acted high on power. I didn't even have a vehicle to pick up. One was just getting dropped off at my house and I was being witness to for my significant other. When I tried to give him my address he walked away. He never even got proof of ownership of the vehicle, and he said he was going to report the vehicle too after it was dropped off, and I had to hire someone else to remove it from my property. I own, and the car wasn't even damaged that bad. But to threaten me now over reporting the car to the city because my significant other wasn't allowed to get his belongings or check for one item. Unless, he paid I believe about $500, For it to be there less then 24 hours and dropped off in my drive. No looking in the car till it was at my house. I paid the fine, no violation yet. Of course my significant other was upset. It was front end damage. The city won't violate me for having a vehicle in my drive you can't see from the street for us to work on. But seriously! Why? All that! When the officer said he could have his possessions no prob and gave him his card. But guess not. He also said he called to have the car searched that night? I hope to never have to deal with that man again. He is definitely on a power trip. And the price was a lot. The accident and drop off was all within 5 miles, or less. Also less then a 24 hour hold. Would of got it out sooner but, couldn't. I didn't say anything other then I wanted him to have my address right after the threats and asked him to stop being so rude....he just walked away. Took the money. But not my address. The tow truck driver had to come out to get my address after. Very unprofessional. Overall, mean. I understand that may not be a great job. But you don't have to be a jerk to everyone. Also make sure to check for ownership, and get the address. Even if your upset.

If I could leave negative stars, I would I call this company for a personal tow on my car so it can be towed to the shop. They say they can send somebody out. They’ll be there in 30 minutes. I get there about five minutes after the driver, he hooked my car up, has my keys in his pocket Then proceeds to tell me it’s cash payment after I say how are you gonna run my card he said he would wait around for me to go get the cash since they did not inform me. It was cash before they came in the process of me trying to go to the ATM and get the cash out with no vehicle because they have my vehicle hooked up. He gets a call from the police and has to drop my vehicle and leave it there and run without even seeing me, face-to-face and yells, the keys are in the car and pulls off next day later I have Underwood towing income to my vehicle. Very nice towing company cheaper too Handled my vehicle with care but couldn’t find the keys and then the auto shop can’t find the keys and I go into maze and they tell me that they will not help me anymore because of what happened yesterday and I say, sir, you’re the ones that neglected to tell me it was cash payment now you won’t do business with me because of that then I call back and say I can’t find my keys in this rude gentleman gives me the runaround very unprofessional very rude. Stuck up company because they have the contract with the police department and don’t need little petty business like the communities and they will treat you and just that manner too

Just gotta say how nice And helpful these guys were today... I totaled my jeep, they made getting some of my stuff out easy. I think his name was Adam, but one of the drivers went above and beyond helping me get a few things outta my jeep. Just good people. Thanks a ton

One star for answering my call at 415 am. Other than that...if you don't have $100 "CASH" on you to go a tenth of a mile. You're screwed. They don't take plastic. And, won't negotiate a way to pay. Like take me to an ATM on the way. Too bad...so sad. Thought better of them before this, clown show.
