  Service was spot on. I had a car on reserve, once I arrived I was greeted and assisted with a smile. Took about 5=7 minutes to recieve the keys. I appreciate how quick and smooth it went. Associates were very friendly and i felt they genuinely cared about my experience renting with them. My husband reserved the vehicle online and I went first thing next day. He wanted to pay for rental with his CC, but after arriving I was told they don't accept payments online or over phone. Im glad I brought my card because otherwise i would've been up a creek. I got a ride to agency and if I hadn't had enough funds for the rental and deposit in my bank account, it could've been horrible. I understand this is thier policy from corporate, but in this day and age....why not have a prepay or any pay option available online? Especially when someone else wants to pay for it lol oh well...food for thought. Thank you Enterprise!

  So I just spent 1 1/2 hrs trying to modify my return it is so ridiculous it can’t be done online when it was earlier in 2025 & before but now they make it so difficult , tried CHAT which is only open until 5 daily , they couldn’t do it , 1st asked social media where it’s been done before I was told “can’t do it “something about a open rental at my local enterprise , I had to ask Social media to close my ticket so CHAT could proceed , then I was asked if they “social media “could help me i guess it’s complicated for them because of lag time , mind you I asked at 3:19 pm it was modified at 4:44pm . It is insane how complicating they make it for modifications , last time I rent with them

  I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding team and the consistently excellent service I receive at your Warren Enterprise location. I cannot recommend this branch highly enough. The entire staff, from the top down, demonstrates remarkable professionalism and a genuine commitment to customer care. The manager, Steve, and the assistant manager, Scott, clearly foster an environment of excellence. This is reflected in every interaction, including with Julian, who masterfully handles the busy phones and counter with efficiency and a positive attitude. What makes this team's performance even more commendable is that this location is always extremely busy. Despite the high volume of customers, the staff works tirelessly and always finds a way to ensure every customer is taken care of. It is rare to find a team that operates with such efficiency and grace under pressure. My experience was, once again, fantastic. Because of this team, Enterprise has secured my loyalty, and I will absolutely be back.

  Spent over 800 on a car for a week was initially supposed to be a truck after called and verified they took bank cards that could be also used as credit they said yes when arrived at the location they didn't have trucks and said no trucks can be used with a bank card then I got the option of only two other vehicles and they were super crap and small the vehicle they gave me had a messed up front fender the seats were stained the car smelled like dog it's a rainy season and my wipers barely work not to mention the car also had a burning smell and sounded like something was scraping sounded really dangerous the hub I got the car from when I called to tell them about it they laughed it off said take it to a airport because they should have more cars available so I did that there was 45 minute drive to an airport they then told me they had no cars so I had to go to another airport which was over an hour away now since getting off work I drove almost 3 hours because the drive from work to my initial destination and they are acting as though it's no big deal then I get to enterprise in Cleveland Hopkins airport and they are tripping trying to tell me I can't swap my car here I have to go to Warren Ohio again then the manager mercedes very nice and accommodating made resolution and got me into another vehicle
