    After being in a bad accident , it was a relief to have the car rental portion of it handled seamlessly. The customer service was excellent!

    Pretty good location. People are pleasant and fast. The key drop off location is way around the back of the building. Seems kinda sketchy walking around there.

    Amazing experience and phenomenal staff at the Warren, OH location! All communication was great! First time renting a car and Hannah was super quick and also made me feel comfortable doing something I’ve never done before. You guys are awesome!!

    Service was spot on. I had a car on reserve, once I arrived I was greeted and assisted with a smile. Took about 5=7 minutes to recieve the keys. I appreciate how quick and smooth it went. Associates were very friendly and i felt they genuinely cared about my experience renting with them. My husband reserved the vehicle online and I went first thing next day. He wanted to pay for rental with his CC, but after arriving I was told they don't accept payments online or over phone. Im glad I brought my card because otherwise i would've been up a creek. I got a ride to agency and if I hadn't had enough funds for the rental and deposit in my bank account, it could've been horrible. I understand this is thier policy from corporate, but in this day and age....why not have a prepay or any pay option available online? Especially when someone else wants to pay for it lol oh well...food for thought. Thank you Enterprise!
