Something I love about people is when they go above and beyond what they have to. I go into autozone not because i have to or want to, no one wants to fix their stuff. On that note no one really wants to help you fix your stuff, Joe wanted to help me fix my battery and he is worthy of a review and more!

He replaced them and refused to take a tip from me even though i was going to pay a shop 20+ to install them for me.

Went to the counter with most of what I needed except hard fuel line. The new employee was unable to help me as he was looking to his supervisor. The supervisor said he would get it as he was counting out a cash drawer. A few people began coming in. I was trying to be patient but I was running out of time. He finally got to me. I told him I needed 2' of fuel line. He comes back a few minutes later with rubber line. I let him know I needed hard line. He was gone for a few minutes to come back with less than what I needed. My frustration was high. I was so frustrated I left without what went there to purchase. Communication and customer service is awful.
