- NSNova sg4 days ago1.0Employees are dismissive and act without care. They give you the wrong product and don’t allow you to return it when you’ve realized they gave you the wrong product. It’s easy to be understandable of what they can and can’t do for you, but I have never seen from anywhere a place that cares so little about customer service or conflict resolution, not even from a McDonald’s at this level. A really disappointing experience; now I have to go out of my way to a different auto store not close by. Contacted their regional manager Kevin via phone call. Hopefully he can resolve this issue and I can give a good review and not have to go to a competitor store.

I'm no expert on batteries being new to bikes so I trusted the guy. My bike did start but later on while riding my bike died & wouldn't start. My friend said the battery that I purchase wouldn't hold a charge on my bike so I went to return it after having to keep jumping my bike to get home. I took the battery back to Autozone & they stated it could not be returned because it was used. I was sold the WRONG battery & left me DEAD on the side of the road & apartently there's no accountability & now I have a $107 dest weight. I want my money back over being sold the wrong product & left on the side of the road waiting for assistance.
