At this point I have to get the bank involved and report it as fraud. This could have been resolved by answering the phone.

I called after the second charge came in and asked for a cancellation/refund. They refused to process the ticket. I am now being charged for a third month in a row. When I call customer service they can see that I have called multiple times. But the original ticket still has not been handled. Do not give them any personal information or your credit card number!!!
- TLTim LNov 15, 20254.0I took my 2025 truck to Take 5 car wash in Wadsworth, I had the monthly membership their machines left scratches down both sides of my truck, they took an incident report and pictures and said that someone will contact me via email that never happened I went to them every week after that for a month straight to follow up on what they plan on doing about it and kept getting the same answer someone will contact me that never happened and I’m absolutely furious. This level of disregard is outrageous, and I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a truck.
- CWCL WaidNov 12, 20253.0I love the staff at the Wadsworth, Ohio, location. My rear wiper was ripped off three times! The first was replaced. The second was able to be put back, and when that was ripped off, I spent $50 at the dealership for the entire system. There is a problem that has not been fixed to provide basic safety for your vehicle. I will not be back until this is addressed.
