Called the lovely people at NTB and they not only had the tire size I needed but fit me into their schedule. Prices are amazing and services are impeccable. Will only be using NTB in wadsworth for care maintenance from now on!

Talked to Leah at the counter who advised to bring the vehicle in and she could let me know if there would be a charge. Stopped by and the tech Dave advised it was an easy light bulb to pull. They took the fading lightbulb out in minutes with no charge!!! Great customer service and great experience!!

After months of neglect and not doing my due diligence winter is here and the cover shave corroded on the stems. I’ve tried everything outside of cutting them off and dealing with the aftermath. I brought the truck into NTB, first off the guys are freaking awesome and funny. Very knowledgeable and gave me my options and took care of business. 45 mins and a couple of jokes later I’m back on the road happy and knowing. If you’re ever in a pinch or need quality service from a group of amazing men make sure you check out NTB on High St in Wadsworth. You’ll thank me later.

I’ve gone here 3x and not only do they charge more than local competitors, they are always looking for ways to get more money out of you. This last visit was it for me. Ran over a pothole and went in to get a replacement tire. The mechanics themselves are great. They showed me the damage and why I needed a new tire. The manager refused to change my tire with a brand new one I brought in. Said they will only do so if I buy a second tire to replace 2 tires at once. Yes the car is all wheel but I explained my other 3 tires are 3 months old and they could see almost 0 tread wear. He still refused to change 1 tire so I had to leave riding on rim. They had zero customers and still refused. Luckily I went to Walmart and they replaced the tire for $20, compared to their $120 price PER tire. Will never go there again and recommend not wasting your time. There’s a reason they’re the only shop with high availability
