  Great service at Goodyear and Wadsworth! Bob was extremely courteous and accommodating. He really took great care of us and made the process smooth. I will definitely be coming back.

  I want to give a big shout out to Eric and team for staying late to replace my step moms tire which was showing cords. Thanks for getting her back on the road safe with such short notice before you guys closed!

  My father took his car to a tire place near the town Square because he had a slow leak in his rear passenger tire. They told him he had an unrepairable tire and very low tread needing $1000 tire replacement. He then took the car to Goodyear Auto Service. Derek said the tires were fine with 40000 miles of tread left and repaired the rear tire by replacing a valve stem for $25. Derek and his team have two new super fans.

  Tried Goodyear in Wadsworth again today to give them a chance to redeem themselves for previous poor service. I made an appointment online today on their website for just a tire rotation -- should be easy enough, right? When I got to the store, I let them know I had an appointment already scheduled but was told they had no record of this. After showing my email confirmation they eventually found it but said they didn't know about it since it was made online...go figure. There were several empty service bays at the time but I was still told they wouldn't be able to complete the rotation for another 1.5 hours. All future auto service is absolutely going elsewhere for our vehicles. Fool me twice, shame on me I guess.
