I got in and off I went. When I came toward the end of my coverage with insurance, they contacted me well in advance to let me know what the process was! Thank you Enterprise-Wadsworth! Once Enterprise decided to show up they put all 3 of us in the car and took us to the rental place in Wadsworth Ohio. We all walk inside and the man behind the desk did not even acknowledge us as he was too busy playing on his phone. He didnt even look up and 5 other customers were waiting for help when we walked in. I will not be using Enterprise in the future.
