  National Car Rental at DAY airport: Clean car, low miles, nice ride. Check in and out were done with professionalism and great customer service.

  National is the best car rental place hands down. Your online reservations are easy. Walking into the car rental area with all the companies made me feel good. While at other companies' counters I see people struggling and just not looking happy. I walked past all them and up to the National counter. Greeting by a happy and polite worker: Hi, your name, I see you're part of emerald, reservation right here, good to go, just walk out there and I will call ahead and let them know you're coming. It was great, quick, polite and professional. Walking out to the car area and past the people who picked bad companies that are making them grumpy, I was smiling ear to ear knowing I already made it through the counter and it only took about 5 minutes. Got out to the cars and was greeting by another happy and professional employee. She walk with my over to the cars and showed me the two options I have. Excited because both options were what I expected from the reservation and with other companies this part is always scary. Sometimes you don't know what you will get with them but National is very good in this area. Picked the one I liked and was off to check out. Another happy employee greeted me, checked out my ID and sent me on the way. The whole process took about 10 minutes. When I got home my wife was surprised I was there so quick. Car was great to have on vacation. Got back home and drop off was just as easy. Rolled in, employee came up, scanned car, asked a couple of questions and I was done. 10/10!!!
