    Had a reservation in for a month for a van, and it was the airport location. No upfront or transparency about not being able to use debit card at the airport location. We asked if they could take the van to the location on US40 just down the street so we could pay and pickup there. Just a nope, sorry. I called every enterprise up to 4 hours away. No other vans. Vacation was about ruined, had to settle on a smaller vehicle in middletown. Im sure its in the policy agreement or something, but it needs to be transparent that location only accepts credit cards.
