I'm an over-the-road truck driver. I mainly stay at Flying J's or Pilots. This has got to be the worst one ever.
I arrived around 4:30pm wanting to do a 10-hour reset. 145 truck parking spaces. No free spots available. 90% of the parking here is Prime parking. At $20 a spot I'm estimating they're making $2,500 a night just in parking alone. I'm all right with it, but it's getting ridiculous. To arrive at 4:30 and have to pay for a spot to park overnight? SMH
That wasn't the worst part. The next morning at 1:30 a.m. I woke to take a shower. The showers were nasty, and to top of everything, the overnight crew were rude. Some drunk guy was in there apparently a regular, asking for food from one of the clerks and he was willing to oblige. All the while I'm standing as a paying customer waiting to check out being ignored. I said something to the young lady who is also behind the counter and she didn't offer any kind of apology or anything. I will be contacting the management on Monday morning to let them know about my experience but I will never stay at this establishment ever again. If every pilot and Flying J was like this one, I would never stay at another one the rest of my life.

Not sure which one this is asking about. In the last 4 days I have been to 3 Pilots across the country.
I can tell you this about them in general; the truck parking lots are easier to maneuver than Love's, friendly service, and there's usually a Pilot or Flying J when we need one.

The store on 175 northwood blv is very clean and nice. The employees were very polite even though it was packed. I would have given more stars because I believe this location is one of the best, but every time I come in here the lady at Cinnabon is nothing but rude. I've seen her snap at costumers, take forever to get to the counter, every time another employee steps in she snaps at them too. Most often she is rude to the employees at the registers. I don't come in here often when its very packed but when I do and there's a line and the employees behind the register can't come over and they have to call her over to Cinnabon she is disrespectful and snaps at them. Unlike the other employees she does not wear a name badge so I don't know her name but she is a burnette with a septum piercing and a little on the heavier side. Just today I came in and the inside was packed full of people and this gentleman was getting something at Cinnabon and the lady behind the register asked him if he wanted icing and he said yes, so the cashier went and asked the Cinnabon lady for icing and she gave the cashier a dirty look. The cashier said thank you and brought the man his icing. I find that very disrespectful because the cashier was just getting the man something that customers cannot grab themselves. I don't usually leave reviews but this has gotten to the point that I no longer want to go to pilot. If this is how she treats her coworkers I don't want to know how she treats her customers. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the lady behind the register. She was polite to everyone in her line, she smiled, and she said good morning, tried to make everyone laugh, and said goodbye. She was even kind to those not in her line. I was in her line so unfortunately I didn't get to talk to the gentleman behind the register but he seemed just as kind and understanding as the other cashier, over all the both seemed polite and like they cared for our experience. The people behind the register both wore their name badges so I would use their names but since I do not know the name of the woman at Cinnabon it seems unfair to use theirs. I do not wish for them to be brought into my complaint when they were nothing but kind and helpful. My over all experience would have been better if I did not have to witness how the woman at Cinnabon behaved and treated her coworkers. The cashiers tried their best to improve my experience but the way the woman at cinnbon behaved today and the things I've seen from her has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and a concern for how Pilot treats their employees. I truly hope the management does something about her behavior because it is truly disrespectful and unfair to both employees and customers who have to interact with her.
