    My flight home was cancelled. After much discussion, I had to land at an airport further from home and get a rental. The mobile version is a little tricky to book a one way drive, but at the hotel on a laptop it was easier to do. Dayton staff on point, and Cincinnati guy so sweet and friendly. I got the body type I wanted and had a great ride home. Love my Enterprise!

    I rented a car on December 13. The car smelled awful. Had a terrible odor of smoke and perfume. I told the agent when I turned in the car. I also mentioned it in the survey they sent. The manager followed up with me and apologized and said they would give me a discount on the rental. Never heard anything from them after that.

    Rude behavior. Never recommend enterprise at all. They always say safety is top priority. But coming to the reality, they don’t care about safety. Just be cautious before making a reservation especially at this airport enterprise location.

    I’m very upset by the treatment I received from Thomas Coleman employee who needs to be fired very poor customer service and rude I e been stranded since 10:30pm dye to rental catching a flat and no spare tire they send me an Uber to pick up another vehicle and the tow truck will tie the other only for me to get all the way here and his disrespectful rude self to tell me I can’t pick up the car and I have to sit with the car until tow truck decide to come after being stranded all night I’m 50 shades hot and he needs to be fired I spend entirely too much money with enterprise to be treated in this manner by Thomas Coleman after this I will never do business with them again
