Jason helped me get some jumper cables. My friend was stranded and he stayed open a couple extra minutes just to help me. Very helpful! I’m so thankful.

I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Conner. He was incredibly helpful when I came in with my check engine light on and immediately assisted me with scanning the codes. He took the time to explain what each code meant in a clear, easy-to-understand way, which I really appreciated. While we were out there, I asked him to check my engine oil for me as I was concerned about it. He taught me how to read a dipstick and advised me it is near due an oil change. Conner’s knowledge and patience made a potentially stressful situation feel much more manageable. He didn’t rush me and made sure I understood my options before I left. Outstanding customer service like this makes a huge impact. He then referred me to Ben Crum at Muffler Brothers and gave me their business card. My message to Autozone, Conner is a tremendous asset to the company!

I LOVE AUTOZONE! I am not from around the Dayton area, but rather in Chattanooga. I was traveling to visit family in Toledo when my battery light came on while making a pit stop at the speedway around the corner. My car wouldn’t turn over and after some attempts I got it to start. I drove over to the Autozone rather than the O’Reilly’s next door. (Best decision I made) I was greeted as soon as I stepped foot in the door by 3 people even when 2 of them were helping other customers. They seemed very attentive. I was greeted by a young man named Conner. He was very kind and clarified which battery I need and the different types between AGM and Acid. He went out and checked by battery to make sure it was dead, and by my luck, it was dead. I told Conner I didn’t know where and how to get it changed for the position I am in. He insisted that he change my battery for me which made my life feel so much easier. Conner changed my battery In a very brisk 8°F and wind. The store manager, Mark, was very kind and engaged in conversation with me about Golf while other Autozone employees joined too. Conner came in and told me he finished my car and I was good to go! The whole thing felt like family to me! I will never forget my visit to this location and I strive to have a team as a good as them!!! THANK YOU AUTOZONE!

Oh my goodness gracious, I just have to rave about the wonderful folks at the AutoZone in Vandalia, Ohio on East National Road! My trusty old Buick wouldn’t start one chilly morning, and I was in a real pickle. My grandson drove me right over there, and thank heavens we did! The main guy who helped us was Conner—he was so sweet and patient with a grandma like me who doesn’t know all the fancy car terms. He came out to the parking lot, tested my dead battery for free (yep, it was completely gone), explained everything nice and slow, grabbed the perfect new one off the shelf in no time, and even showed my grandson how to install it using their loaner tools. He took his time, made sure we understood every step, and didn’t try to sell us a single thing we didn’t need. The store was spotless, prices were easy on my fixed income, and the whole vibe was just friendly and helpful. Then manager Mark popped out toward the end to check on us and make sure everything was good—he gave the thumbs up and said we were all set. Having that extra bit of oversight from the manager really made me feel taken care of, like they truly value their customers. Conner made the whole thing so easy and stress-free—I’ll be telling all my church friends to go see him if they need car help! This Vandalia location is fantastic. Thank you so much, Conner (you’re a star!), and thanks to manager Mark too. Five shining stars and a big ol’ grandma hug for the team! 💕

This past Sunday, I visited my local AutoZone with the intention of purchasing a new car battery because my old one had been giving me trouble for weeks. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful employee named Conner. He immediately asked if I needed any assistance and guided me through the different battery options that would work for my vehicle. Conner took the time to explain the differences between the various models, their warranties, and which one would be the most reliable for my car and my driving habits. After helping me select the right battery, Conner went above and beyond by offering to install it for me, which was a huge relief since I arrived alone and wasn’t fully prepared to do it myself. He carried the battery out to my car, safely removed the old one, and carefully installed the new one all while explaining each step of the process to make sure I understood how everything worked. He even checked to ensure that the connections were secure and that my car started perfectly before I left the parking lot. Conner’s professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile really made the entire experience stress-free. Thanks to his help, I left AutoZone confident that my car was running smoothly again, and I was extremely appreciative of the excellent customer service I received. I wanted to share this because it’s rare to come across someone who genuinely takes the time to help customers in such a thorough and friendly way. Great job, Conner, and thank you AutoZone for having employees like him!
