Instead, the staff told me they had to leave the property and drive five minutes off-site to get the car, which completely defeats the purpose of a reservation. This delay is inconvenient and shows poor planning on the branch’s part. If a vehicle is confirmed, it should be on-site and ready. Not the experience I expected from Alamo. Officially just waited 33 minutes for the vehicle to come after being told ten. 12/8/25 I was told due to this issue they would not charge me for the gas and that they put it in the notes. I returned the car on 12/6. Today I was charged a high rate 5.60 per gallon for the whole tank of gas. I didn’t fill it because they told me not to and then they charge me a ridiculous amount to fill it. I did write them about this.
