  5 guys and a lady standing around doing nothing… said theyre computer system crashed so i wasted an hour and a half driving for the little lady to say she cant fix it without making it worse…. i asked id they certified because what do u mean u dont know what ur doing?

  Shattered my back glass Thursday late afternoon and had it repair Friday afternoon. Was about to drop it off before 9:30am Friday morning and got a call before 2pm that it was finished. Everything was very straight forward and luckily I live very close to the valley view location ~5 min drive. It was a week wait for them to come to me so I opted to drive it there as I have 3 small kids. The price was anywhere from $40-$100 more expensive than some of the other quotes I got but honestly they did great and I got it done less than 24hra after the incident! So thank you! Everyone was pleasant enough and my trunk was cleaner tha when I dropped it off (lol) thank you for everything:)

  Dropped my car for a “drop and go” appointment at 9:30am. When I anrrived he informed me I had to go fill my car up with gas, because a quarter of a tank was not sufficient for their calibration test. It seems like that could have been communicated to me prior to my arrival. So I ran out to get gas and when I returned and they said they would call me later that day to pick up. They never called! I called them at 5:30 for the status of my car - they were closed! Now I’m unexpectedly without a car overnight! Poor communication and no idea when it will be ready. Terrible service.

  Had a small tiny chip in my windshield. Went to safelite. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!!! The guy dug out the chip and turned a tiny ding into a big X. I was uncomfortable letting him do the work but he said they do it all the time and guarantee the work. Now here we are on the cold days and my windshield is completely cracked because he dug it out and made my ding much larger. To make matters worse they do not want to warranty the windshield replacement and only want to take $50 off. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!!!
