  Went in for oil change had my own oil so of course now coupon doesn't apply. Asked how much to change transmission fluid 131$. I said had my own fluid. Still same price 131$. I called bullshit he said company policy. So I said no thanks. Asked if still greased for free manager said if they can get to it they grease it. We'll you can see from photos they didn't even look at let alone grease anything. So needless to say last time for sure going here after this management change!!!

  The cost is a bit high. I did.have a coupon that help. I was.also give a coypon discount on my radiator service. That was.helpfull. the tech took time.to explain things well to me and what the order of importance each recomedation. Total cost was.prohiibitiive to do everything. Over all satisfied with the service.

  Have had my service truck Ram 5500 service done at Urbana twice and on the third time they refused mine and my co workers trucks due to weight told me that the floor is only rated at 3500 lbs when your typical F150 has a curb weight of 4300 ish pounds. All other valvoline places have willingly taken our trucks in no problem.We are always on the road servicing equipment so time is a issue when it comes to getting our trucks done this refusal of service just further adds to our already busy schedule.

  My daughter came to visit me and said this business said the changed her oil & filter 2 weeks ago. I checked her car and no oil showed on the dipstick and the filter was filthy. They didn’t do anything but over fill her radiator fluid and charged her $85. Do NOT trust this company.

  if i could give 0 starts i would. I’ve been going to this place for a while, but just a few weeks ago i went for an oil change. today, my dad checks under the hood, and my coolant is splattered everywhere under the hood, there’s not even a quart of oil in my car, and they told me they changed my filter but if you look at the picture attached, the one on the right is what was left in my car. they charged me $85, no oil change, no filter change, just overfilled my coolant or didn’t put the cap on. reguardless these ppl don’t know what they’re doing.
