It was super quick and they run like a well oiled machine (pun intended lol) Brendan also is extremely professional at offering recommendations on services needed with my vehicle. I was due for a battery change because it was extremely low. He presented to me with no pressure and explained the importance behind it. I was certainly not expecting paying for a new battery change, but with his knowledge and experience, he was able to get me set up. Not in the budge but needed to get done. I was behind someone who was still finishing up, and the car in the other bay finished before the one I was behind, so they let me go in front of the car that was already waiting in bay 1 because I got there first! I’ve never had that experience at a Firestone before. These guys deserve a good raise and praise!
