I had to go back to make the claim, they changed the oil and filter again. I hold them responsible for any damage that may be caused to the engine by this problem.

Guess what, I still have no engine cover. Today I went in for an oil change. They were all out of the oil used for my car ( 5/40 Euro. Not uncommon). I proceed to pull out of the bay only to realize my car is idling very strangely. My oil cap was still off and resting in the engine bay.

This was easily the best experience I’ve had getting an oil change. I drive a jeep which is incredibly finicky any time i get anything done on it, which resulted in my check engine light turning on after the oil change. Instead of ignoring it and sending me on my way, Sabine informed me they were going to redo the oil change to make sure it wasn’t anything on their end. I really appreciated that and after the second oil change the light went off. I appreciate the staff going the extra mile and I will be back for my next oil change!
