This was easily the best experience I’ve had getting an oil change. I drive a jeep which is incredibly finicky any time i get anything done on it, which resulted in my check engine light turning on after the oil change. Instead of ignoring it and sending me on my way, Sabine informed me they were going to redo the oil change to make sure it wasn’t anything on their end. I really appreciated that and after the second oil change the light went off. I appreciate the staff going the extra mile and I will be back for my next oil change!

It’s always annoying to have someone show up during a slow day but they were both so kind. They explained everything they were doing with expertise and they moved so fast we were out in less than 10 minutes! Couldn’t recommend more

They put the wrong oil in my engine instead of 0-16w they put 0-20 thanks God I see the bottle I noticed it the wrong one after that instead to put 4.5q he put all the 5 bottle and ask the guy to drain some but wasn't enough he showed me the level and it was over maximum he said it's fine i told him Noooo this is not good for the engine they drain some again. The worst unprofessional lazy people.

They suggested I come back at 11 AM. • I went back at 11, and a woman told me it would still be about 20 minutes. I was busy, so I left. • The third time I came back, the same woman told me they would only change my oil if I stayed there the whole time — otherwise, they wouldn’t do it. She even said I had “come three times and affected their work.” That makes no sense — I had to come back multiple times because they were slow, not because of me. Instead of apologizing, they blamed me and even refused service. Very unprofessional and rude attitude. I’m very disappointed and would like to speak with the manager about this experience.
