    Today was a 5 star experience at Pro-5 car wash. This place often has a quick car washing experience but not great with vacuums. Today was not the case. Vacuums were working and my car is clean inside and out!

    This review is for the Twinsburg Ohio location. We have three SUVs. All have the unlimited wash plans. A few weeks ago I noticed issues with the quality of the wash. 1st the foam conditioner is not working. 2nd most of the nozzles that apply wash soap are clogged. 3rd 90% of the rear of each of our SUVs are not touched by brushes. And last, when finished most of the rear of each vehicle is still partially covered in soap. I'm quickly losing interest in spending money on such poor quality washes. Do better soon.

    Customer service is always on point. The faculty is clean. The equipment is easy to access. The wash is perfect. Best car wash facility in Twinsburg.

    Just went here for the first time. No appointment. Just drove up. It was an ugly, rainy, Sunday afternoon and they had me covered. Great service and really great personality! Thank you!

    Incredible experience at this car wash, it’s a slight drive from the house, but definitely worth the drive. One of the workers (Trey) made a good recommendation on what was best for my car and i was not let down. Will definitely be returning.
