  I pay for a premium car wash monthly. Just went through and after leaving noticed my windshield isn’t clean. This area should have the most pressure applied. I get out and see no tire shine on my tires. This is completely unacceptable.

  I have been with Take 5 Car Wash for 2-3yrs now. I have tried to be understanding through the price change by which they didn't notify the customers. I only found out because someone else that I had taken there got a membership and called me to say "hey guys how much my membership cost me" and I was livid! I had been being charged for months nearly 50.00 and here to find out the fee had been reduced to less than 30.00. An associate explained they were not allowed to inform customers. Moving on from there the vacuums are awful 95% of the time, the brushes miss the rear of my van more often than not, and they are constantly closing early or simply not open! As customers we get no kick backs like extentions or perks. They are the closest wash to me that isn't part of a gas station but I'm getting so tired of this I just may have to go elsewhere.....get it together Take 5!

  I bought a membership because this is close to my home. Unfortunately I am ready to cancel it, I’ve been twice and it’s been closed before their actual close time! Which is unfortunate because they don’t open up early enough to get a car wash before work so I have to get one after work and both times give pulled up and they’re already closed! If you have set closing hours then they need to be honored! It’s not fair to paying customers that you all close before the scheduled times! It’s nearly impossible also to reach someone to file a complaint when I called the number attached to their profile I got the run around! Ridiculous

  I went to the Twinsburg location. Got a $24 pro plan. My RAV4 came out not clean as expected. No towel service, and all vacuum cleaners weren't working. It's my first time taking my car for a wash in OH, and it was totally upsetting. I talked to few customers regarding vacuuming and towel service, they had similar experiences. Not recommended!
