Then found the right phone number and email after several tries. Said they should of been here but no idea when as was from another state. I did not care where from but when it was getting here as my windshield will start getting scratched up and cost even more. Will try and refund and said go to Walmart and buy and the woman hung up. So much wasted time from ordering to trying to get answers. A simple task turned into a marathon with a very bad ending from a pathetic customer service department! Never again!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
