Asked for tire rotation with my oil change which they offer and they asked me to come back another time for that since they were understaffed. There was one person behind me and it was 8:45 on a Monday morning. I literally rotated my tires myself in the parking at advanced auto parts 50 ft away. They also sucked my oil out which was weird rather than draining it from underneath. And when I googled that it said sucking the oil out is less messy and less work but leaves more particles and gunk in the engine and doesn’t get all the bad oil out. Idk it all seemed odd to me, I’ve never seen that before. Definitely go to the one in Huber over the Troy location. I’ll never go to valvoline again.
