We take the time to make an appointment and show up on time, the least you can do is respect our time like we do yours. Waiting nearly an hour for my car to get taken in almost every time is ridiculous. I have other opinions on this business, but this is the only one that affects me so let's start there. 0/10, regret buying my tires here so I can get lifetime rotations. Not worth it. Will definitely buy my next set from the ma and pop shop down the street who actually get my car in for oil changes within a few minutes (that's right, I despise Tire Discounters so much that I take my car elsewhere for an oil change and don't have them do it while I'm already here).

- NNNFeb 25, 20261.0Warning to women and Christians. I had to take my car to the dealership because my brakes keeps squealing and they were brand new. The dealership found out that they were installed improperly and I had to pay another $300 to get it fixed. Also, one of the technicians left glass, broken glass and a nail up under my seat, and I told the store manager he made a little smart comment like nobody there would do something like that. So the next time I took it in, I had my Bible sitting on my front seat, one of those technicians at the Troy Ohio store put some kind of chemical on the front of my Bible and now it’s discolored. Warning don’t go there.
