on 12/15/2025 i had all 4 tires replaced at a cost of over $1100.00 and on 01/02/2026 I had noticed my TPM(tire pressure monitor) light came on, I had not drove car for days. Called TireDiscounters up and the first thing they said you have to take it to your dealership to be recalibrated. Which I replied hey they were working when I bought it in for tire replacements, one of the workers came out and tested them and said they were all bad, no he said three were bad and I'm saying they went bad after you changed my tires and now you want to charge me $40.00 x 4 so I'm thinking like others they are scamming certain people, and I had a good repore with one of the workers I thought. So isns't it strange that my TPM's stopped after replacing my tires?

Kieth likes to yell at people and is too interested in what people not in his bay are doing. He likes to call cops and slander people. I would not recommend going somewhere where a Karen works

The service I experienced here was facilitated by Tj at the front desk and he was beyond excellent. My tire was taken in and patched the same day, communication was clear and friendly. Service was FAST and painless. Don’t bother taking your business anywhere else in Troy.

I had a frustrating encounter at the Troy, Ohio Tire Discounters, largely due to Matt's approach to customer service.
I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 AM to get four new tires for my truck, which is under warranty coverage. Once Matt learned about the warranty, his attitude shifted negatively. Instead of offering assistance, he complained about the warranty company and the dealership where I purchased my truck, insisting they would only approve the cheapest tires. I mentioned that we were open to considering better options if needed.
Despite my reservations, I left my truck with them. After four hours, I checked in, only to find that my vehicle hadn’t even been touched. Matt explained that they were busy with other appointments, but I had an appointment too.
The process of taking 12 photos, making a phone call for approval, and notifying me seemed to overwhelm them. Matt casually mentioned that I might not see my truck until the end of the second day if everything went well. When I expressed my concern about their lack of urgency, he didn’t seem to care. I decided to retrieve my vehicle, and he simply agreed without any acknowledgment.
When I returned to pick up my truck, Matt was just as unwelcoming and unhelpful as before, failing to say a single word.
I cannot recommend this store, and I will share my experience with anyone looking for any type of vehicle service.

I was traveling to Richmond, Indiana, once again, to assist my aunt, as I have every other week for the last six months. Before the sun came up on December 5, 2025, the dashboard on my car indicated 15 PSI on my left rear tire. I took the very next exit to find a gas station where I could fill this tire hoping (wishful thinking!) it would fix the problem. However, when I got out of the car I could hear the hiss of the leak, and the tire was almost flat at that point. I frantically searched for a tire repair shop and yours was the closest. So, I drove there, barely having any air in the tire (again) and parked in front of a garage that did not already have a car within it because I knew the tire would be flat very quickly. This was before the store opened. I waited and was assisted right away, explained what the problem was and was informed all would be taken care. Of course, I was a bit nervous since I just put a new set of tires on my car four months ago. And, with a leak that bad, I thought for sure I would have to replace this particular tire. I heard my name called and went to see what the "damage" would be. The gentleman who assisted me at that time (unfortunately, I didn't get his name) could not have been nicer. He explained and presented the item which caused the leak and explained it was a staple. Honestly, it looked like a small belt buckle to me! Never have a seen a staple such as this. Nevertheless, he told me it was lodged in my tire. I couldn't believe it so, I thought for sure he would tell me I would have to replace the tire. Instead, he informed that the mechanic was able to make a proper repair, and all was well. He also told me I was all set and ready to go. I was amazed and in disbelief for this is not how most businesses "do business", and it brought tears to my eyes. Such a kind man and kind gesture which truly touched my heart. And that gesture will be my greatest Christmas gift this year. It reinforced my belief that there are still kind people in this world. And I am truly grateful to him.
Since this experience, I have told everyone I've seen and/or run into from Indiana to Michigan about this employee, your company and my experience with both.
Wishing all of you a beautiful and blessed Christmas holiday!!

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
