I spoke with someone this morning and they told me to bring a credit card only and my electric bill im my name. It's in my husbands name. So she said I cant rent a car without a electricity bill. No other proof just electricity bill???? Electricity bill has been in husbands name for 20 years.

Absolutely zero assistance from their corporate office when I tried to communicate with them. Was told several times someone would reach out to me about the issues I had. They didn’t have a car ready for us when we were told they would. Tried to blame us for damage that was already there. Luckily I took pics of the vehicle when we finally got one. Cannot recommend more to find someone else to rent a car from. Terrible people and company.
