He listened to my mom talk then me explain what I thought was the issue(lol), then showed knowledge about my issue right away and willingness to help, which goes a long way! He truly went the extra mile to help me when he could’ve easily said “that’s too difficult for us to do.” And sent me on my way. I’m extremely grateful for the expertise and kindness he’s shown me today. We'll the receipt and camera footage shows you do and you gave me the wrong size... When I asked for the district mgrs # he refused and actually called the police on me. I got the district mgrs # from a different location and ill never ever drop advanced agsin. That lazy, uneducated clerk literally could have messed up my life. 1 star.
