  Went in today and was extremely disappointed the general manager crystal was screaming at her employees I've never seen a manager act so regardless for the employees period this isn't the first time Ive seen this happen since she became the general manager but this time I decided I'm going to advance for an account the customer service manager Sarah was extremely polite and treated me extremely well but the way her manager yelled and screamed at her over a schedule question was ridiculous honestly the other woman should not be the general manager I've heard many people chose advance over being treated that way by her as well she does it to customers as well as employees

  I came in for a battery and windshield wipers. Sarah was standing at the counter and greeted me as I walked up she helped me get the right battery for my car and explained why the agm battery was the best fit and also explained why they core battery was because I had no idea. She walked me over to the wipers and helped me pick out a pair she also helped put them on.. She was a very polite and sweet lady. I will definitely be coming back!

  How come they removed my comment also every time I went there the same employee harassed me and was even rude to other customers when we was just trying to learn things and figure out the cheapest and best way in solution and they always gotta be rude cristal The manager
