  Since I’ve become bling, I’ve been treated with nothing but kindness and professionalism. I would like to point out that Steffan in general has display a very professional, passionate and positive outlook, which makes the experience even more enjoyable while waiting. The staff has always been courteous and kind. Excellent customer service for the shop

  I just got my oil changed here. Rick helped me this time and the last time I was here. He is very good at his job, very personable, and polite. That was great customer service! Thanks Rick !!

  Zac, stephan mark logan and Chris helped me with an oil change and transmission fluid flush and refill and a license plate light. They were very friendly and efficient. Plus they put the effort into stopping me and having me come back in to recheck their work due to spotting some transmission fluid dripping ( only because of drain plug being in a tight spot, having to drain on part of frame) but they made sure everything was screwed in tight and cleaned it up and was good to go. As someone whose primary income is Uber, all of this service from the oil change to checking the lights and fixing broken one to having me come back around just in case something was leaking is very important to me. Id recommend this shop and specifically this team to anyone and will be coming back.

  Very friendly and helpful. The assistant manager walks you through the steps they are completing for your current services. Also suggest other services you may need. They don’t pressure you into doing extra services than planned.

  They could not give me the correct dip stick reading on the oil because they had me start the car for the transmission flush before they took the be oil reading. My skid plate fell off a week after, bolts not tightened I'm guessing. Told assistant manager and he apologized and told us they would order the parts and put a claim in. He also plugged a nail hole in our tire. Nice but don't think that's protocol, he even left the premises to get the plug kit. Very apologetic. Then called us next day at closing time to tell us they did nothing wrong and their not paying for it. Replace my skid plate and aluminum guard you to off!!!!! It i will take this to 13 action News!!! And report to the BBB.
