  They did a what they was suppose to do. The problem I have is they checked things on my list that they did not do such as resetting my oil change light. When seeing this it makes me wonder what else there checking and not doing.

  I’ve been coming to this Valvoline on Airport since February, and I’m still just as impressed today (April 11). This team is consistently pleasant, friendly, thorough, and efficient, which is why this has become my go-to spot for car service. I meant to shoutout to Kyle (Manager) and his team back in February but better late than never. They always bring such a welcoming and positive energy every time I visit. It truly makes a difference. I’ve used them for full-service oil changes, windshield wiper replacements, and general maintenance, and each visit has been smooth and quick. Today, we came on a Saturday mid-day and had no wait time, which was a huge plus. The entire service took about 15–20 minutes, and we were back on the road. Another tip—sign up with your email because they send coupons that can help with your next visit. And even if you don’t have one, just ask about current specials—they’re happy to help if something is available. We were able to use a coupon today and kept our total under $125, which was great. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for fast, reliable service with genuinely kind staff!

  My last oil change was at the Airport Hwy location back in the fall of 2025 when I went there on 4/6 /26 they couldn’t get the oil can bolt off ! They’re the one’ who put that bolt on at the last visit . I was displeased and then I paid 55 .00 fur an air filter that no one has ever checked before . I won’t return to you .

  John, the manager at Valvoline (on airport & Reynolds), provided an exceptional experience. He was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain services in a clear and understandable way, even for someone without a background in cars. His genuine and approachable demeanor was evident throughout the visit. I especially appreciated the personalized touch of being addressed by my first name, which created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I’ve been coming to this same location for almost 10 years now!

  Kaleb did a great job. He was very kind and informative. He didn't make me feel bad for putting to much oil in my SUV. He explained to me where I went wrong. He also showed me the bolt that was stripped by Express Oil. He was very knowledgeable. Thanks Kaleb☺️
