To be honest I hadn’t really noticed any alignment issues but authorized all the work just to stay on top of things. Got the car back and the alignment was all jacked up and the next day had the check engine light come on. I took the car back to the shop to have it looked over again And it was mentioned that they were having issues with whatever machine they use for alignments? As a shop if you already knew that, why would you even be making recommendations to customers for alignment work? I truly believe I never had an alignment issue and now they just screwed it up. They “fixed” the alignment and gave me some BS about why the check engine light was suddenly on with an estimate for additional work. My alignment still sucks and now my vehicle is starting to have issues it never had before. I’ve lost all trust with this shop and will never be back.

However, I became immediately suspect of the list of maintenance recommendations they made when they told me I needed new windshield wipers because mine were brand new the week prior.
