  I would never step foot back in this place or any other tuffys had a water pump put on they charged me 550.00 ok cool a little high but ok so mind you I ve had this car for two years no problems only the water pump I pick my car up to drive it home but kept hearing a flapping noise so I popped the hood to only find that my serpentine belt was cut with a razor blade that they left under neath the hood yeah left the evidence so I called up there the manager asked me to drive it back up there as if I was gonna be dumb enough to do so so I had it towed back the next day he said he would take care of it first thing that morning well he dodged not it was not until later on in the evening, I’m thinking he was gonna replace the belt that they broke purposely but instead charged me another 200.00 dollars to replace something the mechanics broken purposely only to make more money tuffy count your days not only did you all play with my lively hood but you sabotage my family vehicle your days are numbered

  Was initially very helpful to my wheels off for free, called back to get a quote on just the pads an he hung up on me mid sentence. Called back again asked my question hung up again. Very weird/rude behavior.

  went here last year to replace my battery and they were helpful but i came back last week to replace a headlight and they charged me $80 and took 20 minutes. i just paid it because i commute for work and i needed it done asap but i feel like they took advantage since i am a woman. probably won’t come again.

  Had my 2005 Tahoe checked out along with my oil change. Thank you Tuffy for seeing that I did have an oil leak!! Fixed it and did it quickly, reasonable, and were so professional and really nice about it as they didn't want me to have bigger problems in the near future!! Thank you, Karol and crew!!

  Took my car here to get fixed. It was barely running sounded like it was going to stall out my check engine light was flashing the car was shaking horribly. They said what was wrong and that they needed to fix it all or it wouldn't be good enough and I said do it then some how I pick my car up and its running JUST AS SHITTY as when I dropped it off!! 700$ later beyond pissed.
