  Tyson on Alexis Rd in Toledo ohio is the absolute best. He was so kind, respectful and helpful. Im in Texas and my mom took my van up there for me to get looked at. His communication was 10/10. After talking to him I feel at ease knowing he will make sure that I get the answers I need.Thank you so much Tyson and keep up the good work. We need more Tysons in the world.

  First, I set an appointment for 2:30pm for a wheel alignment check and an inspection. They didn’t get my truck in until the next morning. No big deal I understand being busy. The next day, I had to call them to check on the status of my truck. The guy said that he was looking for replacement parts. I asked him what parts needed replaced. He then told me what it was. They were parts I could replace myself. So, they did the inspection which was great. But they were going to order the parts, replace them and then hand me the bill for probably $2000+. Yeah, that wasn’t happening. They lost my trust for that. I’m never going back there.

  Stopped in to get 4 tires balanced on a Sunday, awesome for that but I should have waited until Monday. First of all scratched the hell out of the face of one of my rims, second of all left all weights on from the time the tires were actually mounted. Third put weights across from one another the same weight and double stacked them. Soon as I got home I put them on and went for a drive, you want to talk about feeling an imbalance or out of round feeling. Drove around for a few miles only reason it started to get better was due to the double stacked weights flying off and the spots where they didn’t clean the rims before applying weights flew off as well. But other than that I can’t be mad because I only paid $45 bucks to get them balanced, so I got what I paid for. Just my experience but take it as you will.

  DO NOT GO HERE! back in August of 2025 I took my car here to have the engine replaced through my warranty company. They played a nice little cat a mouse game with the warranty company which resulted in them having my car for about a month. Got my car back only for it to continue to seep oil out of it after this incident they let the technician go. Brought it back to them to fix they claim it was the manufactures fault for supplying a faulty engine. They worked on it again and replaced the engine which took them 4 days to fix this time. A week later my car was seeping oil again leaving my car with more problems than before. Brought my car back to them again to fix there mistake only to tell me that the new technician that worked on it was let go. Now my car needs a third engine replacement and has been sitting at there shop for about a month now because it is so bad that it’s not drivable. They claim they are going back and forth with the engine supplier to see who is going to pay for this because Monro doesn’t want to touch it again. No shit I don’t even want them touching it no more because every time they do something else ends up damaged. I keep calling asking for there DM to reach out to me with a solution and nothing. This place is a complete joke. I was nothing but patient with them through all this. Now I am out hundreds of dollars because I have been renting a car because of all this nonsense and I am now at my breaking point with this company. I am reaching out to the better business bureau next to report them along with taking this all to the news and social media. No customer should go through what I have gone through with this shop. So I highly recommend you don’t bring your vehicle here.
