Drove back to valvoline and there were 7 cars and I couldn’t wait so I took my car to the dealership 20 mins away and got it fixed. This was a major inconvenience!

Dude took out the air filter and put it back in without even brushing it off because "corporate calls it stealing" My reasons for paying more to go to valvoline are dwindling with every visit. The location on Dixie hwy took half as long and somehow cost $30 less lol
