Let me know if anything is definitely going wrong or if I need anything never have ever felt pressured to buy anything or add anything. I was informed by the mechanic that the oil filter installed during my oil change was incorrect and caused oil pressure issues, resulting in engine damage. This led to a $1,500 repair that would not have occurred had the correct filter been used. I trusted this location with basic maintenance and was extremely disappointed that such a preventable error caused significant financial and personal inconvenience. I am seeking accountability and reimbursement for the damages caused.
