When I was next in line it had hit 6pm and someone came to the car and asked what I was getting then said actually you're not getting anything cause they were closed now. Why did I just wait for 30 mins without saying anything. There were 3 other people with me in line and the excuse was that they tried to get as many cars through but you could have said that to us cause I wouldnt have waited. They were nice but time was unnecessary wasted for poor communication

I live in Oregon, OH and have went to their location more than once and I am always in line for 45+ mins before the oil change even starts. Very impressed with the fact that I was in and out in around 20 mins at the location I went to!

My ONLY bad opinion of this place is the customer service waiting area. The water container was broke and hot as hell inside. It made for a very uncomfortable wait as it was 86 degrees out today! That's why I rated 4 stars. Please get a new water source and fix the air. Even prisoners get that much. Just sayen :)
