  Amazing place and people, Every time I have trouble with my car, I take it here and they take care of me. Today my tire had a hole in it, And needed to be plugged. After they finished in 20 minutes, Someone came out and said “your good no need to pay we’re happy to help” Just amazing that these people are here to help you and not cause you any more pain.

  Called them in a Sunday to see if they’re open coz my tire got nailed. The guy answered quick and say I can walk in, they did fixed it in less than 30mns and when I was about to pay the guy from front desk says “don’t worry about it” which is surprising because they have good service and pleasant staff! TYSM guys.

  On 02/20/2026 I got brand new tires put on my Legacy Subaru. Shop did an excellent job. My car drive much smoother. I had my original tires since I purchased my car in 2021. Tires were over due for a change. However, Bob who seemed to be the manager and due for retirement helped with an overall great experience, my service was fast, convenient and I even got an additional price off due to miss quote from the head office. Bob was only making sure I didnt get charged extra for what I wasnt expecting. He saved me money, time (as the service didnt take very long) and was very professional. Thank you and I would recommend Tuffy to customers for tire changing and price.

  Tuffys on Laskey in Toledo got me right in without an appointment, even with full bays. They provided excellent customer service and quality of work and beat my "normal shops" quote by 42%!!! I told their Manager they would now definitely be my shop of choice moving forward. Thank you!

  Very rude people. I pull up and see an older guy wearing a tuffy shirt and approach him and ask about getting my underbody cover removed and he replies in the most snarkiest irritated way “WELL YOU NEED TO GO TALK TO THE GUY AT THE DESK” like geez if thats the way you treat customers then i dont want you even touching my car. Sorry i inconvenienced you by asking you a question and your JOB. Unbelievable. My dad called prior and spoke with a man named Bob and he had an attitude as well. Sounds like you guys need an attitude check.
