When I rolled up to the counter, Jim had told me that he was unlikely going to be able to fix my hood latch without even looking at it. After I asked him if he could attempt to even open it, he said "give me the key" in a ride manner. The other worker was able to solve the issue and Jim charged me $20 to which I paid him cash and then didn't receive a receipt. I'm pretty sure they just pocketed that money... You may want to check to make sure that there was a transaction at 10:45 this morning.
