    Safelite gave me a 5 hour window on a Saturday and then cancelled. The next day, they came at the last 30 minutes of a 4 hour window, leaving me stuck at work until they were done. When I expressed my frustration at their lack of concern for their customers' time, I was told that the associates get busy. Very disappointed at their poor customer service, lack of accountability, and disregard for people's time. I wasn't even going to leave a review, but I keep getting E-mails and texts about it.

    I had dropped my car off 20 minutes before my appointment and I thought it would take 2 hours and it literally only took an hour. Fast and friendly service. Never had to get a windshield replacement but definitely recommend Safelite.
