    Not all of them are like this, but they need to improve their customer service skills, such as being more polite and trying to understand what the customer is trying to explain about their vehicle, since not everyone is a mechanic like them. The person you put in customer service is the face of the company, and for me, that's a crucial role. After that, they repair cars like most mechanic shops I've been to.

    Went to three other places to check tire no help stop there got air in tires and checked my sensor for me was very nice caring and professional they have my business 😊 Thanks guys

    Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL and unethical, no integrity or honesty. They did didn't even attempt to fix the issue and botched the unauthorized repair. They ABSOLUTELY ruined my car, will not fix or refund. They have repeatedly put me on hold for long periods of time, than hung up. They will blame each other, like children. I've never seen anything like this at a place of business. Please DO NOT trust them, AT ALL.
